Great newly renovated boutique hotel walking distance 15 min to San Marco Sq and not far from the water taxi . Attentive staff and terrific breakfast. Only warning is that when using Google Maps put in hotel address not hotel name.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a great in-room coffee setup stocked with four or five different capsule flavors. Breakfast was a highlight of the experience, offering a wide variety of food options and excellent cappuccinos. The service stood out throughout our stay—the breakfast servers were incredibly kind and attentive, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. They took the time to thoroughly explain the property to us upon arrival and were always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Overall, best location, for all major attractions and more importantly for us the the hotel itself exceeded our expectations, the room was spacious and great views to the canal. Breakfast had a great choice for everyone. The staff were very helpful planning our day trips and there for you as and when needed.
Recommend without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip a truly memorable experience.
